He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Ovetta. He is survived by: his children, Troy Purcell (Laura) and Theresa Russell (Randall); his grandchildren, Kimberlee Wilson (Anthony), Allan Purcell and Elijah Purcell (Kiesha); and his great grandchild Adrian Wilson. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
