She is survived by: her parents, William Raker and Lillie Mae Raker of Sopchoppy; her husband Hiram Carter; her daughters, Sandy Moore (Tommy) of Tallahassee, Debbie Carter of Medart and Pamela Pottschmidt (Eric) of Tallahassee; her sister Lilla Raker Moody of Crawfordville; her grandchildren, Amy Jones (Roman), Sarah Collins (Tanner), Matthew Pottschmidt, Sydney Pottschmidt and Gabriele Kent; and her great grandchildren, Fisher Collins, Sofia Jones, Truman Jones, Sadie Jones, Olivia Collins and Rory Collins.
