He was predeceased by: his son Steve McNeely. He is survived by: his wife Patsy McNeely; his children, Tonya Romans (George), Tiffany Deschner, Mike McNeely (Debra) and Daniel McNeely; his grandchildren, Phillip, Lindsey, Kaitlin, Dane and Wesley; and his great grandchildren, Jaden, Kaydence and Robert.
