He is survived by: his wife Gracie; his daughters, Belinda Caplinger (Keith) of Jackson County, Florida, Barbara Pelt of Jackson County, Florida and Donna Gilley of Jackson County, Florida; his siblings, Audrey Rowan and Grover Harrison (Mary); his grandchildren, Jennifer Benton (Billy), Tabitha Conrad (Travis), Jesse Gilley (Kayla), Lindsey Tharp (Andy), Rachel Pelt (Dakota Ward) and Emily Bass (Ethan); his great grandchildren, Kyle, Alex Benton, Tilly, Tatum, Trisha Conrad, Ann Marie and Jesse John Gilley IV; and his friend Buel Phillmon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
