He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Hobbs and Meanry Hobbs; his wife Brenda L. Hobbs; his siblings, Henry Hobbs, Otho Hobbs, Wallace Hobbs, Joyce Blankenship and Carolyn Gregg; and his grandson Brandon Hobbs.
He is survived by: his children, Theo Hobbs, Jr. (Jana), Scott Hobbs (Joanne), Randy Hobbs (Katey) and Felicia Hobbs Merritt (Stacey); his grandchildren, Jordan Hobbs (Jessica), Alex Hobbs (Kayla), Lindsey Alford (Timmy), Georgie Pack (Trey), Tracy McClelland (Jason), Skyler Hobbs (Taylor), Kyle Chancey, Russell Chancey (Alasia Eddington), Peighton Strawn (Hayes), Blake Baxley and Whitney Merritt; and his great grandchildren, Brantley Alford, Bowen Hobbs, Blakely Pack, Libby Kate Alford, Brenna Grace Pack, Bellamy Pack, Baylor Hobbs, Rylann Hobbs, Emma Grace McClelland, Ryleigh Hobbs, Kyleigh Chancey, Zooey Chancey, Max Chancey, Emily Chancey, Nathan Sadbury, Rusty D.
