He is survived by: his siblings, Kathleen Sullivan of Sneads, Colleen Marcotte of Bristol, Harry Murphy of Shreveport, James Murphy of Richmond and Dennis Murphy of Tallahassee, Florida; his stepmother Irene Golnik of Little Rock, Arkansas; his nephew Micheal Murphy (Colleen) of Ft. Campbell, Kentucky; his nieces, Maggie Murphy of Tallahassee and Michelle Peterson (David) of Sierra Blanca, Texas; and his close friend Patsy King.
