It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Yount (Sneads, Florida), born in Grand Ridge, Florida, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Ralph Yount; and her children, Gregory Yount and Cheryl Lynn Yount. She is survived by: her mother Eunice Yount McAlpin; her siblings, Karen Clark, Darryl Yount (Sandy), Tillman Yount (Irene) and William Hatcher (Karen); her sister-in-law Beverly Yount (George Yount); her children, Clifford Yount and Martha Ann Yount-Thurman (Steven); her grandchildren, Tiara Yount, Steven Thurman Jr., Jazmine Thurman, Ebonae Thurman, Clifford Yount Jr. and Nevaeh Yount; and her great grandchildren, Laniya Hagen, Syren Simon, Tyrand Simon and Zaiden Chandler. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
