Ruth Ann Bastian Skaggs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2021, at the age of 84, Ruth Ann Bastian Skaggs (Sneads, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles O. Skaggs; her parents, Charles Bastian and Lola Bastian; her siblings, Charles Bastian and Mildred Koons; and her son-in-law John David Bass.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Bass (John David) and Lori Cunningham (Bill); her grandchildren, Jennifer Keller (Nick), Kelley Holton (Ryan), Will Cunningham (Virginia) and Cody Cunningham (Liz); and her brother Roy Bastian. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in honor of Ruth Ann to the American Heart Association (National Center, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75231).
