He is survived by: his close friend Theo Hobbs; his wife Tonya Hewett; his children, Dustin Hewett of Tallahassee and Sierra Birge; his grandsons, Wyatt and Easton of Sneads; his father Bobby Hewett of Grand Ridge; his stepfather Thurman Tidwell of Bascom; his siblings, Tim Tidwell (Robin) of Bascom, Dawn Williams (Chip) of Marianna, Jamie Hewett (April) of Grand Ridge and Brad Owens (Marcy) of Westville; and his brother-in-law John Allen Coulliette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
