He is survived by: his wife Debbie Perkins; his son Codi Perkins; his mother Virginia Perkins; his sister Barbara Pina (John); his sisters-in-law, Penny Price (Raymond), Pam Weeks and Arlene Powell; his great-niece Sarah Weeks; and his niece Mckayla Price. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.
