She was predeceased by: her parents, Doss W. Creef and Eva H. Creef; her husband William J. Fulcher; and her brother Michael Creef. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Fulcher Dixon (Steve), Barry Fulcher and Jamie Fulcher; her sister Jimsennia (Nina) Oneail (John); and her grandchildren, Lindsie, Alex, Brianna, Ronald (Chop), Jaxon, Barry Jr., Alexa, Brendan, Anna and Little Will. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Jolliff United Methodist Church (1900 Jolliff Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23321).
