He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Goodson and Alice Goodson; his brothers, Bobby Goodson and Howard Goodson; and his sister-in-law Joyce Williford.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Goodson; his daughter Becky Tatum (Stephen) of Niceville, FL; his grandchildren, Will McDaniel and Kristen McDaniel; his siblings-in-law, Alice Goodson of Millbrooke, AL, Hilda Goodson, Freddie Culver of Quincy, FL and Harvey Culver (Shari) of Malone, FL; and his aunts, Wynona Ridaught of Keystone Heights, FL and JoAnn Goodson Moneyham of Sneads, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
