We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2024, at the age of 88, Dorothy Lee Stephens (Sneads, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Dorothy Lee is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Dorothy Lee's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wilbur Stephens of Jackson County, FL; and her brother Doug Tyus. She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Stephens, Becky Hallam (Jeff) and Judy Stone (Stanley); and her pets, Little Bit, Walter Longmire, Masked Man and Stormy. She is also survived by five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and many friends and neighbors.
Flowers may be sent to McAlpin Funeral home or, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Salvation Army in Dorothy's memory.
