She was predeceased by: her daughters, Brenda Picerno and Donna Petrov; and her brother-in-law Charles Thompson. She is survived by: her children, Howard Coates (Cheri) of Wellington, FL, Michael Coates (Linda), Bobby Coates (Anna) and Rebecca "Becky" Staer (Eugene); her son-in-law Carl Picerno of Palm Beach, FL; and her sister Judy Thompson of Richmond, VA. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
