He was predeceased by: his parents, Pelham Presnal and Bernice Presnal. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Presnal; his children, Catherine Presnal, Karyn (Shannon Spooner), Terry (Angela Presnal) and Jason Kingry; his siblings, Wyndell, Francis Presnal and Barry Presnal; his grandchildren, Leigh Spooner Cox, Jordan Cox, Jesse Spooner, Lindsay, Bradley Cox, Erin Spooner, Austin Presnal, Sara Dollar, Jada Kingry and Hannah Spooner; his brothers-in-law, Hugh and Clinton (Wanda Hobbs); and his mother-in-law Gladys E. Rowan.
