He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Baxter and Ruby Baxter; and his siblings, Brenda McDowell and Jimmy Baxter. He is survived by: his sisters, Louise Foran, JoAnn Thompson and Debbie Paramore. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
