She was predeceased by: her parents, George M. Byrd and Linnie Pearl Byrd; her husband Andrew Neel of Grand Ridge; and her son Richard Andrew Neel. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Phillips (Bill) and Paula Neel Sorrell; and her grandchildren, Drew Phillips (LeAnn), Holly Cummings (Jakob), Billy Neel, Linnie Neel (Gene), Andy Neel, Cameron Henderson, Cody Sorrell, Desiree Grice (Lane) and Colton Hall. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
