She was predeceased by: her sister Bessie Strickland of Grand Ridge, FL; her parents, Alton Smith and Emma Neel; her husbands, Foy "Shorty" Baxter and Herman Sanders; and her children, Richie Baxter and Judy Baxter McDaniel.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Baxter of Chipley, FL; and her grandchildren, Tanya Howell (Brad), Todd Herring, Monica, Storey and Monique Thompson (Chris). She is also survived by mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother.
