He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Ralph Clark and Jewel Riley Clark; his brother Rev. Jimmy Clark; his cousins, Charles McEachin and Billy Mills; and his wife Laverne Butler Clark.
He is survived by: his daughters, Alisha "Lisa" Clark Hays (Patrick) and Angela "Angie" Clark Brogdon (Bruce); his grandchildren, Kirsten Hays Bean (Nolan) and Brendan Hays; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Clark Kemp, Ellie Butler (David) and Ann Bohannon; his nieces and nephews, Brian Clark (Maryela), Troy Butler, Rev. Kenneth Bohannon, Donald Bohannon, Jennifer Clark, Nikki Rich (Jeff), Cheryl Bohannon Parker and Sandra Brown (Buddy); his great-nieces, Harmony Jewel Clark, Skylar Clark, Katie Brown, Ashlee Scott and Morgan Rich; and also, Kinsley, Ansley Clark, Aaron Clark (Shelby), Garrett Clark, Brandon Clark, Chris Brown, Matthew Smith and Logan Rich.
