She was predeceased by: her husband William S. Boehm. She is survived by: her children, Marcia Stewart, Christine Mazglad, William Boehm of Lone Pine and Douglas Boehm; her grandchildren, Chad Stewart, Matthew Stewart and Jennifer Boehm; her great grandchildren, Logan Stewart, Teague Stewart, Tyler LeCoumpte and Aaron LeCoumpte; and her siblings, Nevin Wax, Anita Moneghan and Howard Wax.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Lions Club (LCIF.org) in lieu of flowers.
