She was predeceased by: her parents, Winifred and Harold. She is survived by: her husband Ted Blackwell Sr.; her son Ted Blackwell Jr. (Bonnie Blackwell); her grandchildren, Taylor (Jake) and Isabell Blackwell; and her brother James McMurry. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
