Kelly of Singer Island, Florida, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on August 31, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Early Kelly (Betty) and Eugene Kelly of Belleville; his former wife Mary Kelly (Karosen); his siblings, Eugene and Jacquelin Kelly (Ginder); and his cousins, Joe O'Toole and Brian O'Toole.
He is survived by: his close friend Metro; his children, Mary Beth, Phillip Winiarski and Peter O'Neill; his grandchildren, Daniel Winiarski, Mallory Kilroy, Kristin (Winiarski), Zane Douglass, Kelly O'Neill, Bradley Norris, Erin O'Neill and Kate O'Neill; his great grandchildren, Ellinor Douglass and Charlotte Douglass; his siblings, Michael, Lorelei Kelly (Mastandrea), Lee and Margaret Karosen (Kerr); his cousins, Irene O'Toole (Maynard) and Sunny O'Toole (Newson); his children, Kelly (Broomell), Sean Scarborough, Jenny (Nelson), Todd Scarborough and Christopher Scarborough; and his grandchildren, Nate, Lily and Randy.
