He was predeceased by: his parents, James Keith and Dollie Keith; and his son Steven (Barbara L. Moon). He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Steen (Steven); and his grandchildren, Nickholaus (Tasha), Jason Jr. (Melissa), Ashlee and Cassidy. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
