He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Joe and Lori of Ohio; his stepdaughters, Katie and Stacey of Florida; his siblings, James of California, Ed of North Carolina, Dottie, Cindy and Mary; and his caregiver Terry.
The family desires any remembrances of Michael to be directed to the American Cancer Society in his memory and to help to end the scourge of cancer.
