He is survived by: his mother Linda Kingsley (Cameron); his wife Tina Kingsley; his children, Damon Kingsley, Michael Kingsley and Kayla Kingsley; and his siblings, Hugh Kingsley, Rose Kingsley, Danielle Kingsley, Lucinda Kingsley and Jessica Wing. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
