We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2021, at the age of 83, James Peebles of Silver Springs, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Peebles and Frances Evelyn Peebles (Hampton); and his former wife Jacquelyn Eloise Peebles (Griggs). He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his sons, Jeff Peebles of Silver Springs and Elbert Ray Peebles of Shreveport, Louisiana.; and his siblings, Bobby, Billy Peebles, Evelyn Ozier and Betty Cheatom.

In lieu of flowers, it is suggested that donations be sent to Hospice of Marion County, and/ or Gideon's International.
