He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford R. Chapman and Carol Rita Stapleton of Coal Grove, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Connie Ann Kling. He is also survived by 6 children, 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

The family requests that no flowers have been overwhelming.
