We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2020, at the age of 79, Dale Lee Willard (Siesta Key, Florida), born in Dayton, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dale Lee Willard to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Willard and Donald Willard; and his brothers, Bruce and Charles. He is survived by: his spouse Donetta Mainous (DJ); his children, Lori and Michael (Stacey); his close friend Reid Farrell, Jr.; his sister Shayne Lynn Gillam (Jack); and his daughter Jenny Mahieu (Mark). He is also survived by four grandchildren; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
