He is survived by: his children, Joshua Haynes (Teresa), Matthew Kern (Keli), Joseph Kern (Donna) and Bonnie Stone (Kris); his aunt Norma Eikamp; his niece Susan Shea; his nephew Daniel Shea (Shannon); his brother Ronald Kern (Elaine); and his niece Heather Fernbacher. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
