He is survived by: his wife Teresa Carr of Shalimar; his children, Kim Bowman, Mike W. Carr (DeeDee), Jeffrey Scott Powell (Heather) and Eric Halverson; his grandchildren, Lalie Williams (Seth), Spencer Carr, Olivia Carr, Michael Bowman, Gigi Carr, Parker Powell and Carter Powell; his nephew Danny Cox (Jane); his mother-in-law Mary Ann Blatz; and his friend Penelope.
