He is survived by: his sister Bonnie Kollen of Carmel Indiana; his daughters, Stacy Jones (Wes) of Heber City and Lisa Forester (Ryan) of Burleson, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Liana, Hunter, Paisley Jones, Loralei, Leighton, Lennox and Landry Forester.
