Eloise Oakley Waters Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eloise Oakley Waters of Shalimar, Florida, born in Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on February 20, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter F. Oakley, Jr. and Florrie Fields Oakley; her husband Fred Parker Waters; and her siblings, Walter F. Oakley, III, Donald F. Oakley and Nancilu Oakley Underwood.
She is survived by: her son F. Parker Waters, Jr. (Dena); and her grandchildren, Lauren Waters Knapp (Mark), Ashleigh Waters Brasseaux (Brennen), Jonathan Waters, David Main, Jr. and Katherine Main. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
