She was predeceased by: her mother Ada Beatrice McCarter; her former husband Lieutenant Colonel Donald E. Lehr, Sr.; her father George "Ennis" Logan; her brother-in-law John W. Hensley; and her grandson Jason T. Leone.
She is survived by: her husband Lt. Donald E. Lehr, Sr.; her children, Janet E. Lehr, MD, Donald E. Lehr, Jr. (Dianna) and Karen A. Spencer (Phillip); her grandchildren, Kristin Stankiewicz (Mark), Adam Lehr (Melissa), Alexander Leone (Maren), Benjamin Leone, Daniel Spencer (Allie) and Logan Meadows; her great grandchildren, Leah Caro, Krista Caro, Carlyle Leone, Henry Leone, Everett Spencer and Graham Spencer; and her sister Melba Lee Logan Hensley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Emerald Coast Hospice, American Heart Association, One Hopeful Place (local women's shelter) or Valvano.org (cancer research).
