In loving memory of Florrie Marie Burroughs of Shady Grove, Florida, who departed this world on November 24, 2024 at the age of 78. Florrie leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Hilton and Virginia Edith Rowell of Shady Grove; her husband Joseph Eschol Burroughs; and her son William Eric Cruce. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Kevin Cruce (Wendy) and Jeffrey Wade Cruce (Inez); her stepdaughter Sabrina Parga (Genaro); her grandchildren, Matthew Cruce, Chelsea Yates, Cassidy Cruce, Chloe Cruce, Caysee Cruce, Samantha Cruce and Rylee Cruce; and her siblings, Sara Grubbs, Auley Rowell (Patricia), Dale Rowell (Donna), Walter Rowell (Barbara) and Randy Rowell (Laura). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church (816 SW County Rd 351, Mayo, FL 32066). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
