Though Roscoe may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Smith; and his children, Shelby (Jimmy), Steven (Sheryl), Stewart (Lora) and Stanley (Penny). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
