She was predeceased by: her daughter Rebecca Ann Starling. She is survived by: her children, Fred T. Starling, Sr., Lisa A. Ricks and Elizabeth K. Brown; and her brother Ernest D. Lee. She is also survived by Ten grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren.
