He was predeceased by: his wife Andrea Jones Cade. He is survived by: his children, Michael Cade (Tammy) of Seville and Sonya Ratcliff (Steve) of Oviedo; his sister Eleanor Bland (David); his grandchildren, Paige Buchanan (Jeremy), Jill Jones, Gage Cade (Amber), Daven Cade, Brooke Ratcliff and Chase Ratcliff; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson Buchanan, Chase Casale and Halston Cade.
