She is survived by: her parents, Leroy Shelton and Mamie Jane Shelton (Edmond); her sister Claretha Shelton; her niece Ywanda "Meka" Oxendine; her children, Turkessa Wesley of Crescent City, Taakelia Fulton Addison (Lavone) of Crescent City, Waheeda Wesley (Adarius) of Crescent City, Joseph Wesley, Jr. of Crescent City and Vandell Fulton; her grandchildren, Demonte Wesley, Antwan Fulton, Trayvone Addison, Vandell Fulton, Jr., Vaniya Fulton, Ka'Naja Jones, Lavone Addison, Jr. and Ariyah Baker; and her siblings, Joyce Jones (Nero), Marlene Scott (Micheal, Sr.) and Dwight Milton, Sr. (Tina). She is also survived by godchildren, god-sisters, god-brothers, other relatives and friends.
In compliance with CDC COVID-19 guidelines including required masks with social distancing, a public visitation will be from 5-7 p. m., Friday, February 5, 2021, at Johnson Temple COGIC, 1150 Huntington Rd., Crescent City, Elder H. Harry Banks, pastor.
