He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Kay and Saree Kay (Kozofsky); his wife Susan; his children, Alexis Kay Myers (Charles), Steven (Kristin) and Darren (Adrienne); his brothers, Alan and Howard; his grandchildren, Parker, Matthew, Cole and Jackson; and his sister Barbara Kay-Balcer.
