She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Fawkes and Berdena Fawkes; and her brother Roy Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Madeline Zawadski (Jerry), Joyce Johnson, Michael Johnson (Vicki), Beth Shanks and Dwight "Andy" Johnson (Elayne). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
