He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Schorr; and his wife Pat. He is survived by: his son Joe; his daughter-in-law Tara of Largo, FL; his grandchildren, Devon Archbold (Grady) of Laguna Beach, CA, Madison Polmear (Will) of Safety Harbor, FL and Conor Schorr of Largo, FL.; and his sister Janice Simms (Richard) of Whitesville, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (11501 66th Ave N, Seminole, FL 33772). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Florida National Veterans Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jack's name to Blessed Sacrament Catholic School to help repair the damage caused by this years hurricanes.
