He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Fitzpatrick and Betty Jean Fitzpatrick; and his brothers, Harold and Darrell Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his wife Leslee Fitzpatrick; his children, Shannon Fitzpatrick, Sean Fitzpatrick, Jaime Kladnik, Siobhan Fitzpatrick and Samantha Fitzpatrick; his grandchildren, Taylor Fitzpatrick, James Jeremiah (JJ), Kaylee Fitzpatrick, Maya, Maecy Walsh, Kynzlee Dickinson, Briella, Isabella Smith (Izzy) and Aubrianna Fitzpatrick; and his siblings, Patricia (Michael Rowe), Douglas Fitzpatrick (Butch) and Michelle (Bill Pierce).
