She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Evans and Izola Evans; and her brothers, Jack Evans and James Evans. She is survived by: her husband Michael Hertz; her sister Sue Hofmeister; her children, Teresa Kmet (Kenny), Terry Jr. DeVlieger (Tanya), Theordore DeVlieger (Patti), Troy DeVlieger (Jill) and Laura Campos (Jorge); and her grandchildren, Kelli, Amanda, Sarah, Nathan, Anna, Holly, Nicole, Stephanie, Tyler, Joshua, Michael and Miranda. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
