He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou White; his daughter-in-law Peggy Ogle; and his daughter Peggy Ogle. He is survived by: his daughters, Deb Dunham (Richard), Dee White-Bradt (Chris) and Diane White; and his grandchildren, Brian Dunham, Stacy Dunham, Chris Dunham (Sheena), Ian Bradt (Josh Hollingsworth) and Jenny Dunham. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, and many grand dogs.
