He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughter Gina Johnson (Tim); his grandchildren, Joshua Johnson and Nicole (Lance); his great grandchildren, Raelyn Joy (RJ) and Hadley Ann; his siblings, Betty McCarty of Mesquite, TX and Bill Salyers (Sandy) of Paintsville, KY.; his sisters-in-law, Doris Cremeans, Doris Salyer and Brenda Salyers; and his friends, Willie Leach and Dick Teter.
