She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Obenchain and Garland Obenchain; her husband Joe Culbreath; and her sister Margaret Owings. She is survived by: her children, Margaret Higgins of Tampa, FL, Mary Jo Foster (Ed) of Orlando, FL and Garland Culbreath (Alice) of Jupiter, FL.; her grandchildren, Heman Higgins, Andrew Higgins, Blake Davidson, Faith Davidson, Margaret Hope Scarpinato, Joseph Culbreath and Wesley Culbreath; her great grandchildren, Honor Higgins, Hanna Higgins, Dominic Scarpinato and Ro Davidson; and her pet Abby.
