She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Lowell Mayfield and Emma Marie Savage; her husband Forrest "Glen" Johnson; and her stepdaughter Carla Ferral. She is survived by: her friend Derby; her children, Michael Scott Hill (Wynston), Michelle Marie Rich, John Eric Orem, Sr. (Linda) and Stephanie Anne Mitchell; her stepchildren, Tenia O'Dell (William) and Belinda Carter; her grandchildren, Tiffany Ann Rich, Megan Marie Rich, Brianna Fate Mitchell, John "Eric" Orem, Jr. and Brandi Renee Orem (Tara); her stepgrandchildren, Paren O'Dell, Chrystal Legros, Teman O'Dell, Carlie Smith and Zachary Overman; her great grandchildren, Jose "JJ" Vizcarrondo, Jr., Kayla Gauthier, Veronica Falcon, Karla Falcon, McKenzie Rich, Bethanie Otero, Vanessa Rich, Liliana Kemp, Isabella Orem and Gabriella Orem; and her boyfriend Jim Courtney. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
