He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Claude Vernon Pitts Jr. and Nancy Marshall; his significant other Katherine; and his brothers, Siak-Ling K. Pitts and Gim Seong Koay.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the charity being set up to honor Claude.
