He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram Sullivan and Mary Belle MacKinnon Sullivan; his siblings, Bertram Sullivan, Ann Weaver and Eileen Coletta; and his son-in-law Patrick Duniho.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Chalifour Sullivan; and his daughters, Linda Sullivan, Lisa Graves (Randy) and Lori Southwick (Steve). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and two brothers-in-law.
