Betty Jo McBride Franklin Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2023, at the age of 96, Betty Jo McBride Franklin Smith of Seminole, Florida, born in Tampa, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vienna McBride and Walter McBride; and her parents-in-law, Glenn Franklin and Derelle Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Judy McMullen (John) and Jane Muckenthaler (Jim); her grandchildren, Laird McMullen (Robyn), Glenne Wortham (Jason), Lauren Gibbons (Ken), Lindsey Jackson (Brian), James Muckenthaler (Nicole) and Bryan Muckenthaler; her sister Ruth Fortney of Bradenton; her spouse Glenn Franklin; and also Jason Amerson (Erica). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and was close to her 2nd husband.
